Refund Policy
🚫 No Cash Refunds – Refunds will be provided based on the situation:
- If Salitex UAE has sent a damaged or incorrect item, a full refund will be issued as store credit.
- In other cases, we may offer compensation on your next order as a goodwill gesture.
Order Cancellation
✅ Customers can cancel their orders anytime before they are processed.
📦 Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID. After delivery, our standard exchange policy will apply.
